High performance PE UD (Unidirectional) fabric is made of super high tenacity and high modulus PE fiber, which is uniformly spread by advanced high-tech equipment, special bulletproof elastic resin soaked, gelatinized with films, and thermally bonded by means of orthogonal laminating. Our UDfabric has various merits of soft, light, corrosion resistant, impact absorption, moisture-proof, UV defence and cut protection. It could be widely applied in soft ballistic vest, lightweight bulletproof helmet, explosion-proof shield, light hard armor, public anti-riot equipment, etc. It's the highest tenacity and lowest density bulletproof material in the world. Bulletproof Unidirectional fabric can promptly distribute energy of bullet on a large area so as to reduce depth of concavity of bulletproof materials so that non-penetration injury can be therefore reduced.
